- Tim is a true veteran of All-Span. He began his career in the summer of 2000 and has grown to his current position of Lead Designer and Team Leader. Tim's experiences range from cutting steel in the shop to estimating projects. He joined the All-Span Design Team early in 2003. As a Team Leader Tim is responsible for training other Designers as well as checking others work prior to submittal. Additionally, Tim is our Trainer for new Estimators and Designers.
